menu plan almost monday

Sunday: lemon pepper chicken, roasted garlic cous cous, and green beans

Monday: Chicken with mushrooms, leftover cous cous, and sauteed zuchinni

Tuesday: sesame chicken over white rice & stir fry veggies

Friday: breakfast...pancakes!


Now if I could only figure out my lunch for this week...

Are you a soup person? If so I have a TON of soup recipes that are great for lunch!! Also your roasted garlic cous cous sounds delightful. Please share!

Mmm your meals sound delish. I am having pb&j, soup, and fresh fruit for lunch all this week. Cheap, easy, and yummy!
